The professional organizations for filmmakers, united in Portal Audiovisual Makers (PAM), of which DDG is also a part, applaud the government's intention to create an investment obligation for cinemas, broadcasters and VOD providers. They believe that in this constantly changing market it is necessary to find other ways of external financing and an investment obligation for operators sounds like a logical and feasible path.
