Bong Joon Ho, who recently won the Golden Globe for best foreign film with his thriller Parasite, will come to the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) at the end of January to give a masterclass. The IFFR announced this on Wednesday. In addition to the masterclass, a special black-and-white screening of Parasite is programmed at the IFFR. Other guests at the film festival include Oscar-winning composer Howard Shore. He composed the music for The Lord of the Rings and will give a masterclass at a screening of David Cronenberg's thriller Crash.
