Minister Arie Slob (Media) would like to see CoBO integrated with the Film Fund. This is stated in his 'Vision for the future of public broadcasting system', which received the approval of the Council of Ministers on Friday. The Domestic Broadcasting Co-production Fund (CoBO) aims to bring film and television closer together, just like the performing arts and television. Co-productions of public broadcasters are encouraged in the form of a financial contribution. The co-productions to which CoBO contributes take place between a public broadcaster and an independent film producer.
