More than a year ago, plans for a television series about Anton Dreesmann, the man behind Vroom & Dreesmann, or V&D, were announced. Despite the enthusiasm at BNNVARA and NPO, the plans are currently on hold. The NPO no longer wants to invest in new TV series in the field of 'historical drama' in the near future.
