With my video company (production, editing) I have a beautiful, cool office / studio space at a AAA location on the Westersingel in Rotterdam for at least a year. It is a single room of 60m2, high ceiling, windows along the long side, with a very large balcony (also about 40m2) and an unobstructed view of greenery.
I would like to share this space with two (possibly three) others who work in a similar sector (film and video, animation, editing, etc).
I'm thinking of freelancers who like to have a space outside the home to work and (sometimes, not constantly) have meetings. I would love it if these people could be useful to each other, and sometimes involve each other in projects (for camera, editing, color correction, animation, etc.)
The all-in costs (Internet, GWE, some deposit for coffee, tea, cleaning products, etc.) would amount to 170 per month per person, assuming three workplaces in the room.
