During the Shortcutz Amsterdam Annual Awards, Heddy Honingmann will receive the Career Award for her contribution to Dutch film. A retrospective of Honigmann's work will also be shown. It is the fifth time that Shortcutz Amsterdam has presented a Career Award. In previous years, George Sluizer, Jos Stelling, Rutger Hauer and Pieter Kuijpers received the Award.
