Following Rotterdam, Brussels will also have an international film festival. The Brussels International Film Festival (BRIFF) will screen films from June 20 to 30 in almost all cinemas in the Belgian capital. The organization hopes to attract 60,000 enthusiasts. The event holds three competitions, around international, European and Belgian films. There is also room for master classes, gala evenings and retrospectives. Films are also shown outdoors.
