Actor Rick Engelkes will soon be seen in a new Dutch film as 'Doctor Simon', the character for which he became known in Good Times, Bad Times. The actor and producer plays a supporting role as a gynecologist in the comedy Housewives Don't Exist. In recent years, 58-year-old Engelkes has been mainly active as a theater producer. Housewives Don't Exist is his first feature film. "A long-cherished dream is being fulfilled," says Engelkes. "And it happens to have a doctor in it, so we couldn't pass up that gimmick; after all, everything started at GTST."
