The European branch of HBO has announced its first Scandinavian production. An eight-part drama series will be released under the title Gosta. Gosta will be made by Swedish director Lukas Moodysson, writes The Hollywood Reporter. Moodysson wrote and directed Fucking Åmål, Together, Lilja 4-ever and We Are The Best! The series focuses on a child psychologist who starts working in a rural village. It is still unknown when Gosta will be shown. The series is produced by Memfis Film.
